GENERAL INFORMATION

Removal by a wire brush of a rust and dirt from a tip of steering draft

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and establish on supports. Remove the corresponding wheel.
2. Record steering draft and unscrew a lock-nut of steering draft on a quarter of a turn. Do not move a lock-nut from this situation as it will serve as a reference point at installation of a new tip of steering draft.
3. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft.
	4. Using a stripper, take the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft from a rotary fist.
5. Unscrew a tip of steering draft from steering draft, having counted the exact speed of a tip of steering draft. The right tip the helmsman of draft is designated by a letter R and has the right carving, and the left tip is designated by a letter L and has the left carving.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Screw up a tip of steering draft in steering draft on the same speed, as at removal. At the same time the lock-nut of a tip of steering draft has to be established on a quarter of a turn of steering draft.

2. Install the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft in a rotary fist and fix by a nut.

3. Tighten a lock-nut of fastening of a tip of steering draft.

4. Establish a wheel and lower the car.

5. Check the angles of installation of forward wheels.
