3.1.5. Cover of a head of the block of cylinders

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Weaken collars and disconnect a big hose of ventilation of a case from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders
	2. Remove a small hose of ventilation of a case of the engine.
	3. Unscrew bolts of fastening and uncover a head of the block of cylinders.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear an internal surface of a head of the block of cylinders of oil deposits. Check a condition of the filter of an oil separator in a cover and if it is polluted, unscrew bolts, remove it and wash out.
	2. Check that sealing laying (arrow) settled down in cover grooves, and install a cover on the engine.
	3. Fix a cover by bolts, having tightened them the required moment, and carry out tightening in the diagonal sequence. At installation of bolts establish under them brackets of fastening of high-voltage wires (arrow).
4. Connect hoses of ventilation of a case.
