3.1.14. Oil pallet

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a weight wire with akkumulyatora.agazhny office. Unscrew the holder of a spare wheel.
2. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports.
3. Merge engine oil. Establish a new washer on a drain stopper and screw up it into place.
4. Remove a forward exhaust pipe.
5. Disconnect the electric socket from the oil level sensor on the oil pallet.
Models without air conditioning (the steel stamped oil pallet)
	6. Unscrew bolts and remove the lower protective plate of a flywheel.
	7. Gradually unscrew bolts of fastening of the oil pallet. Remove the pallet from the engine and take it from under the car. Remove laying of the oil pallet.
8. Remove and clear the mesh filter of an oil receiver.
Models with air conditioning (the cast oil pallet)
9. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a ledge of the oil pallet to a transmission case.
	10. Remove the rubber traffic jams closing access to bolts of fastening of the oil pallet, unscrew bolts and remove the oil pallet.

Installation

Places of putting sealant on the lower part of the block of cylinders of the engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Models with the steel stamped pallet
1. Remove all traces of dirt and oil from the interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and block of cylinders.
	2. If it is necessary, establish a new sealing ring of round section in the top part of a pipe of an oil receiver and establish an oil receiver. Before installation of bolts of fastening of an oil receiver apply the means interfering their unscrewing on a carving of bolts.
3. Install new laying on the oil pallet and install the oil pallet to the block of cylinders and fix by bolts. You make tightening of bolts of fastening of the pallet from the center in the diagonal sequence.
4. Establish a protective plate of a flywheel to a case of the transmission and fix by bolts.
5. Establish a forward exhaust pipe and connect the electric socket to the oil level sensor in the oil pallet.
6. Lower the car and fill in fresh oil in the engine.
Models with the cast oil pallet
7. Remove all traces of dirt and oil from the interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and block of cylinders.
8. Apply a thin film of sealant on the interfaced surfaces of the block of cylinders and a back radical cover of the bearing.
9. Install new laying on the oil pallet, and apply means against their unscrewing on a carving of bolts of fastening of the oil pallet.
10. Install the oil pallet and fix by bolts. You make tightening of bolts from the center in the diagonal sequence.
11. Screw in bolts of fastening of a ledge of the oil pallet to a transmission case.
12. Establish a forward exhaust pipe and connect the electric socket to the oil level sensor.
13. Lower the car and fill in fresh oil in the engine.
