Removal

Mechanical transmission

Prevention

For fastening of a flywheel it is necessary to use only new bolts.

1. Remove the transmission. Remove couplings from a flywheel.

2. Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye, having established a clamp on a gear wreath of a flywheel. Apply combination tags on a flywheel and a bent shaft.

3. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a flywheel.

Automatic transmission

4. Remove the transmission and a plate of the drive, noting that there is a preservation plate established between bolts of fastening and a plate of the drive.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On models with the mechanical transmission check a flywheel for wear from coupling and a condition of teeths of a gear wreath.

2. On models with the automatic transmission check a condition of the drive of the hydrotransformer and a gear wreath.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Mechanical transmission
1. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and a bent shaft.
2. Establish a flywheel according to earlier put tags and screw up fastening bolts.
	3. Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye.
	4. Finally tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel.
	5. Tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel on the required corner.
6. Establish coupling and the transmission.
Automatic transmission
7. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a plate of the drive and a bent shaft.
8. Apply the means interfering unscrewing of bolts on a carving of bolts of fastening of a plate of the drive, establish a drive plate according to early the made tags and screw up fastening bolts.
9. Install the transmission.
