3.2.16. Replacement of oil sealing rings of a bent shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Right sealing ring
1. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft.
2. Drill two small openings located in the opposite ends of consolidation in a sealing ring. Screw in two self-cutting screws in the drilled openings of a sealing ring and, using flat-nose pliers, take a sealing ring for heads of screws.
3. Clear a nest of a sealing ring.
4. Grease working edges of a new sealing ring with fresh engine oil and, using a tubular mandrel, establish a sealing ring in a nest.
5. Clear all traces of oil, then establish a pulley of a bent shaft.

6. Remove a flywheel or a plate of the drive.
7. Drill two small openings located in the opposite ends of consolidation in a sealing ring. Screw in two self-cutting screws in the drilled openings of a sealing ring and, using flat-nose pliers, take out a sealing ring for heads of screws.
8. Clear a nest of a sealing ring.
9. Grease working edges of a new sealing ring with fresh engine oil and, using a tubular mandrel, establish a sealing ring in a nest.
10. Establish a flywheel or a plate of the drive.
