GENERAL INFORMATION

The cruise control gives an opportunity to remember and support any speed of the movement of a constant, beginning from about 30 km/h to almost maximum.

Control a cruise control is exercised of the I, R keys, and Oh, which are located on the lever of the switch of indexes of turns.

The cruise control should not be included if the movement with a constant speed is inexpedient (for example, a dense transport stream, plentiful turns, the slippery or dirty road).

In case of the automatic transmission inclusion the cruise control makes sense only at a step of D.

Inclusion

To concern a key I: the instantaneous velocity of the movement is remembered and maintained. The pedal of an accelerator can be released.

Acceleration by pressing an accelerator pedal is possible. After the holiday of a pedal of an accelerator the speed of the movement which is written down in memory is established before.

Acceleration

At included in a cruise control to press a key I or to concern it several times: continuous or step-by-step increase in speed of the movement on 2 km/h without pressing an accelerator pedal.

After the holiday of a key I the chosen speed is remembered and is maintained.

Delay

At included in a cruise control to press a key R or to concern it several times: continuous or step-by-step reduction in the rate of the movement.

After the holiday of a key R the chosen speed is remembered and is maintained.

Switching off

To concern a key O: the cruise control is switched off, the speed of the movement of the car slowly decreases. For continuation of the movement to use as usual an accelerator pedal.

The cruise control is switched off also in the following cases:

 – speed of the movement is lower than 30 km/h;
 – pressing a brake pedal;
 – pressing a coupling pedal;
 – a control lever the automatic transmission in situation N.

Repeated call of the speed which is written down in memory:

To concern a key R at a speed over 30 km/h: the speed of the movement chosen before shutdown is established.

The speed of the movement brought in memory after switching off of ignition is erased.
