3.3.5. Cover of a head of the block of cylinders

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Weaken collars and disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine from a back part of a cover of a head.

2. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a cover of a head and remove together with washers. Uncover a head of the block of cylinders. Remove a semicircular rubber cap from the left forward side of a head of the block of cylinders.

3. Check a condition of laying of a head and a semicircular cap.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check that the interfaced surfaces of a cover of a head and a head of the block of cylinders, pure and dry. Establish laying in a flute of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

2. Apply a thin film of sealant in a nest for installation of a semicircular cap and establish a cap.

3. Establish a head cover on a head of the block of cylinders, establish laying under bolts and fix a cover by bolts, having tightened them the required moment.

4. Connect a hose of ventilation of a case and fix it by a collar.
