3.3.17. Flywheel

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the transmission and coupling.
	2. Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye, having established a clamp on a gear wreath of a flywheel.
3. Apply a combination tag on a bent shaft and a flywheel.
	4. Unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check a flywheel for wear from coupling and a condition of teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel.

Installation

Prevention

At installation of a flywheel it is necessary to use new bolts.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and a bent shaft.
2. Put the means interfering unscrewing of bolts on a carving of bolts of fastening of a bent shaft.
	3. Establish a flywheel according to earlier put tag and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment.
4. Remove a clamp of blocking of a flywheel and install the transmission.
