3.3.16. Oil heater

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports.

2. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system or press hoses of supply of cooling liquid to the oil heater.

3. Install the corresponding container under an oil filter. Unscrew an oil filter.

4. Weaken collars and remove hoses of supply of cooling liquid to the oil heater.

5. Unscrew the central bolt of fastening of the oil heater and remove it from the engine.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish an oil sealing ring in dredging of the oil heater and install the oil heater on the block of cylinders.

2. Fix the oil heater by a bolt.

3. Connect hoses of supply of cooling liquid to the oil heater and fix them by collars.

4. Establish a new oil filter. Lower the car and check oil level in the engine.

5. Fill in cooling liquid in the engine cooling system. Start the engine and check the oil heater for tightness.
