3.5.6. Dismantling of a head of the block of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On the petrol SOCH engine of 1,6 l remove a head of the block of cylinders from the engine, remove levers, blocks of axial pressure and hydraulic pushers from a head of the block of cylinders.
2. On all petrol DOCH engines remove camshafts and levers.
3. On the diesel engine of 1,7 l remove the camshaft, levers and adjusting laying. Unscrew glow plugs and fuel nozzles from a head of the block of cylinders. Then remove a head of the block of cylinders from the engine.
4. On diesel engines of 2,0 l remove the camshaft, levers and hydraulic pushers of a head of the block of cylinders. Unscrew glow plugs and remove a head of the block of cylinders from the engine.
5. On all models, using the device for compression of a spring of the valve, squeeze each spring and remove crackers from a valve end face.
6. Remove the device for compression of a spring and take a plate springs and a spring.
7. Flat-nose pliers, being careful, take a maslootrazhatelny ring from a valve rod.
8. Remove a spring nest.
9. When the spring of the valve is compressed, and the cup of a spring is not removed from crackers, it is necessary to strike with the hammer through wooden whetstone a spring cup that will lead to release of crackers.
10. Take the valve via the combustion chamber. Each valve you store in a separate plastic bag together with a plate springs, a spring, a nest of a spring and crackers for their further installation on the places.
