2. Grease pistons and piston rings and place locks of piston rings according to requirements. |

3. Installation of pistons needs to be begun with the first cylinder. Squeeze piston rings on the porshnespetsialny device for compression of piston rings. |

4. Insert the piston with adaptation squeezing rings into the top part of the first cylinder. At the same time the arrow on a head of the piston has to be directed towards a gear belt. |
|
5. Using wooden whetstone or the handle of the hammer, press on the piston and press it into the cylinder. |
|
6. Check combination of the lower head of a rod with a neck of a bent shaft. If necessary tighten the piston a rod and establish the lower head of a rod with an insert on a neck of a bent shaft. The ledge on the basis of a cover of the bearing of a rod has to be directed towards a flywheel. |

| 7. Screw up bolts of fastening of a cover of a rod the required moment (at the left – tightening of bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of the lower head of a rod the required moment, on the right – tightening of bolts of fastening of the lower cover of a rod, dovorachivy on a certain corner). |
| 8. On engines of 1,8 l and 2,0 establish the main cover of bearings and in the diagonal sequence from the center to edge tighten fastening bolts. |
| 9. On all engines establish an oil receiver pipe, the oil pallet and a head of the block of cylinders. |
| Diesel engines of 1,7 l |

10. Take bolts from the rod basis and establish new bolts in a rod. |
|
11. Insert the piston with the mandrel squeezing piston rings into the top part of the first cylinder. At the same time the adjusting tag on a head of the piston has to be directed to a gear belt. |
|
12. Using wooden whetstone or the handle of the hammer, press on the piston and press it into the cylinder. |
|
13. Check combination of the lower head of a rod with a neck of a bent shaft and, if necessary, tighten the piston a rod and establish the lower head of a rod with an insert on a neck of a bent shaft. |
|
14. Establish a cover of the lower head of a rod and put the clamps the required moment / dovorachivaniye on a certain corner. |
| 15. Similarly install other three pistons with rods. |
| 16. Turn a bent shaft and check that it rotates freely and without jammings. Establish a partition in the lower part of the block of cylinders and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment. |
| 17. Establish an oil receiver pipe, the oil pallet and a head of the block of cylinders. |
| Diesel engine of 2,0 l |

18. Insert the piston with the mandrel squeezing rings in the top part of the first cylinder. Thus the arrow on a head of the piston has to be directed to a gas distribution mechanism drive chain. Using wooden whetstone or the handle of the hammer, press on the piston and press it into the cylinder. |

19. Check combination of the lower head of a rod with a neck of a bent shaft and, if necessary, tighten the piston a rod and establish the lower head of a rod with an insert on a neck of a bent shaft. Establish a cover of the lower head of a rod with an insert. At the same time the ledge on a cover of a rod has to be directed to a flywheel. |

| 20. In several stages tighten fastening bolts the required moment (at the left – tightening of bolts of fastening of a cover of the lower head of a rod a dynamometer key, on the right – tightening of bolts of fastening of a cover of the lower head of a rod with their dovorachivaniye on a certain corner). |
| 21. Similarly install other three piston and a rod. |
| 22. Turn a bent shaft and check that it rotates easily and without jammings. |
| 23. Establish an oil receiver pipe, the oil pallet and a head of the block of cylinders. |
