Arrangement of details of a fuel nozzle

And – the high-temperature plug
In – the heat-insulating washer
With – a sealing ring

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For access to fuel nozzles remove an inlet collector.
2. Remove pipelines of supply of fuel from the fuel pump to fuel nozzles.
3. Unscrew nuts from the top part of fuel nozzles and remove a fuel return pipe.
4. Unscrew fuel nozzles and remove them from a head of the block of cylinders.
5. Take a sealing ring, the heat-insulating washer and the high-temperature plug from a nest of a fuel nozzle.
6. Check of fuel nozzles needs to be made at service station with use of the special equipment.
7. Install the new high-temperature plug in a nest of a fuel nozzle.
8. Establish the new heat-insulating washer in a nest of a fuel nozzle.
9. Establish a sealing ring in a nest of a fuel nozzle.
10. Establish fuel nozzles in a head of the block of cylinders and tighten them the required moment. If the fuel nozzle is correctly fixed, the tag on the nozzle case (the lower arrow) has to be combined with inflow on a head of the block of cylinders (the top arrow).
11. Establish on fuel nozzles a pipe of return of fuel with new washers and fix by nuts, having tightened them the required moment.
12. Establish pipes of supply of fuel from the fuel pump to fuel nozzles.
13. Establish an inlet collector.
14. Start the engine and check tightness of fuel system.

ENGINES OF 2,0 L

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the top section of a final collector.
2. Remove the camshaft and levers.
3. Disconnect a pipe of return of fuel from a perepuskny pipe.
4. Unscrew a bolt (it is specified by an arrow), release a perepuskny pipe from the top part of a fuel nozzle and take it from a head of the block of cylinders.
5. Remove sealing rings from a perepuskny pipe and the top part of a fuel nozzle.
6. Using an adapter and a stripper, take a fuel nozzle from the top part of a head of the block of cylinders and remove a sealing ring.
7. Establish a new sealing ring on the lower part of a fuel nozzle.
8. Establish a fuel nozzle in a head of the block of cylinders, combining an adjusting pin (the top arrow) with a groove of a head of the block of cylinders (the lower arrow).
9. Establish a new sealing ring on the top part of a fuel nozzle.
10. Establish a new sealing ring in a flute of a cross pipe. Establish a cross perepuskny pipe in a head of the block of cylinders and fix it by a new bolt.
11. At first tighten a bolt by hand.
12. Then, using a wrench, tighten a bolt on a corner 360 °.
13. Connect the return pipe to a perepuskny pipe and establish the top section of a collector.
14. Install the camshaft and levers.
15. Start the engine and check tightness of fuel system.
