Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. In a motor compartment press hoses of supply of cooling liquid to a heater radiator.
	2. On diesel engines of 2,0 l disconnect the electric socket from the fuel pump.
	3. For improvement of access on diesel engines of 2,0 l remove the fuel filter.
	4. Disconnect hoses of supply of cooling liquid from heater radiator unions, pressing a branch pipe and moving a blocking ring.
	5. Close traffic jams branch pipes of hoses (the locations of traffic jams are specified by shooters).
6. Remove the central console.
	7. Remove the arm supporting the lower central part of the dashboard (it is specified by an arrow).
	8. Remove the lower part of a branch pipe of air supply in the lower part of salon.
	9. Unscrew the screw of fastening of a branch pipe of air supply.
	10. Remove an air supply branch pipe.
	11. Remove a suspension bracket of air ducts.
	12. Using the screw-driver, you osvobodzhit brackets of fastening of a cover of a radiator of heating. On models with air conditioning the cover is fixed by bolts.
	13. Uncover a heater radiator.
	14. Take a heater radiator from a casing. On models with air conditioning before extraction of a radiator of a heater move it to the right.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. If brackets of fastening of a cover of a radiator of a heater are broken, drill four openings in a cover and fix it by the self-cutting screws. Before installation of a cover strongly press a heater radiator into a casing. Add cooling liquid in the cooling system.
