Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the dashboard.

2. Remove forward doors.

3. Unscrew bolts, the fixing external ends of a beam of management to forward racks. Then remove two top guides and unscrew bolts with the left carving since the ends of a beam.

4. Remove the lower distributor of air.

5. On models with the air conditioning system remove a cooler. The expert with use of the special equipment has to remove a cooler.

6. On models with air conditioning in a motor compartment disconnect hoses from the evaporator and remove drainage consolidation.

7. Working in a motor compartment, press the hoses giving cooling liquid to a heater radiator.

8. Disconnect hoses from the heater radiator union, pressing a branch pipe and moving a blocking ring.

9. Unscrew three bolts fixing a heater casing to a partition of a motor compartment. Bolts are available from a motor compartment.

10. Remove a pollen filter casing. For this purpose it is necessary to remove the engine of a screen wiper and to disconnect vacuum hoses from a casing. On models with diesel engines of 2,0 l it is also necessary to remove the sensor of temperature of external air.

11. On models with electronic control of air temperature disconnect the socket of a plait of wires for power supply of engines of the servomotor and the fan.

12. Take a heater casing from interior of the car.

Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
