2.3.5.3. Check and adjustment of turns of idling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Engines of 1,7 l
1. Check that the cable of an accelerator is correctly adjusted.
2. Warm up the engine up to the working temperature and check idling turns.
3. For adjustment of turns of idling weaken a lock-nut (1) and rotate the screw of adjustment of turns of idling (2). After achievement by the engine of the required turns of idling tighten a lock-nut.
Engines of 2,0 l
4. Check has to be made annually on the car with intensive operation and once in three years on the car with the usual mode of operation. Check of a control system of the engine is made by inclusion of a special electronic tester in the diagnostic socket of system to check record in memory of damages of the electronic control device.
5. If the engine works normally, and the control lamp of the alarm system of engine management in a combination of devices works in the usual mode, control is not required to be made.
