Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Remove a camshaft pulley.
3. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a back casing of a gear belt to a head of the block of cylinders.
4. Working in a certain sequence, weaken nuts of fastening of covers of bearings of the camshaft on a half of a turn for each pass before full unscrewing of nuts. It is necessary for gradual and uniform removal of pressure of valvate springs.
	5. Uncover, checking their marking. On covers of bearings are put figure from 1 to 5 and the shooter which is directed to a gear belt.
6. Remove the camshaft from a head of the block of cylinders. Take pushers from nests in the top part of a head of the block of cylinders and place them in the numbered plastic bags for repeated installation on the places.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check a condition of working surfaces of bearings of the camshaft and cams for wear existence. With any wear on distributive to a shaft it is subject to replacement. Check a condition of working surfaces of bearings of the camshaft of a head of the block of cylinders. If the working surfaces of bearings are worn-out, it is necessary to replace a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Check a condition of pushers. If on pushers there is a wear, the pusher needs to be replaced.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Oil pushers pure engine and establish them on the initial places.
	2. Check that in the top part of pushers adjusting laying is established.
3. Grease camshaft bearings in a head of the block of cylinders with pure engine oil and install the camshaft. Check that the tag on a pulley of a bent shaft is combined with the index on the case of the oil pump, and the pulley of the fuel pump is recorded by a tightening bolt. Install the camshaft so that cams of the first cylinders were directed up and the adjusting pin at an end face of the camshaft was also directed up.
	4. Grease bearings and cams of the camshaft are pure engine oil.
	5. Apply a thin film of sealant on a head of the block of cylinders in the field of installation of a cover of the first bearing of the camshaft (on a photo – places of putting sealant (arrow) on a head of the block of cylinders and the provision of an adjusting pin of the camshaft (A)).
6. Establish covers of bearings of the camshaft. At the same time shooters on covers have to be directed to a gear belt.
	7. Tighten nuts of fastening of covers of bearings by hand. Evenly and gradually (every time on one turn) tighten covers of bearings of the camshaft to a contact them with a head of the block of cylinders. After that in a certain sequence tighten all nuts in several stages the required moment.
8. Establish a new oil sealing ring of the camshaft.
9. Screw bolts of fastening of a back casing of a gear belt on a head of the block of cylinders.
10. Establish shklny валив a raspredelite and a gear belt.
11. Check gaps of valves and establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
