| 1. Take off pressure in fuel system and remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 2. Take off an auxiliary driving belt and merge cooling liquid from the cooling system. |
| 3. Remove a casing of the air filter and the inlet air channel. |
| 4. Disconnect hoses from a throttle casing, unscrew screws and remove a casing from the top part of the case of a throttle. |
| 5. Disconnect electric sockets from a potentiometer of a throttle, the engine of management of turns of idling, a fuel nozzle, the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid and the valve of system of repeated combustion of exhaust gases. |
| 6. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the generator on the right side of a collector. |
| 7. Unscrew connecting nuts and remove fuel hoses from the throttle case. |
| 8. Remove a bracket of fastening and separate an accelerator torso from spherical hinged connection. Remove an accelerator cable cover from an arm. |
| 9. Disconnect a vacuum hose and a hose of ventilation of a case from the throttle case. |
| 10. Weaken a collar and remove a hose of cooling liquid from a back part of a collector. |
| 11. Unscrew a connecting nut and remove a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from a collector. |
| 12. Check that all hoses are disconnected, and unscrew nuts of fastening of a collector. |
| 13. Remove an inlet collector. |
| 14. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal, at the same time it is necessary to establish new laying of an inlet collector. |

15. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a plastic arm of a plait of wires in a back part of an inlet collector. |
| 16. Disconnect electric sockets from sensors of oxygen, the block of ignition, the valve of cleaning and other sockets on the left forward side of a collector. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the tire of grounding to a head of the block of cylinders and a collector. |

17. Remove the valve of catching of vapors of fuel (it is specified by an arrow) from the left forward end of a collector and disconnect a valve hose from a collector. |
| 18. Unscrew a connecting nut and remove a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes of a collector. Disconnect a vacuum hose and a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine from a collector. |

19. Disconnect a vacuum hose from pressure regulator. |
| 20. Weaken collars and remove the hose connecting the case of throttles to the top section of a collector. |

21. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the top section of a collector (are specified by shooters). Remove the top section of a collector and laying. |
| 22. For removal of the lower section of an inlet collector at first take off pressure in fuel system. |
| 23. Unscrew connecting nuts and disconnect fuel hoses from the fuel highway. |
| 24. Weaken the lower bracket of fastening and remove a connecting part from the case of throttles. |
| 25. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of a bent shaft and exempt it from a collector. |
| 26. Remove an accelerator torso from the case of throttles and disconnect electric sockets from the engine operating idling turns and a throttle potentiometer. |
| 27. Unscrew bolts and remove the case of throttles. |
| 28. Unscrew bolts from ledges of an arm of the case of throttles and remove an arm from a collector. |
| 29. Take off an auxiliary driving belt and unscrew a bolt of fastening of the generator to the right side of a collector. |
| 30. Unscrew nuts and remove the lower section of a collector. |
| 31. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time it is necessary to establish new laying of an inlet collector, to fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system and to adjust an accelerator torso. |

| 32. Take off an auxiliary driving belt. |
| 33. Take off pressure in fuel system and remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 34. Disconnect electric sockets from the sensor of temperature of the air coming to the engine and the measuring instrument of a stream of air. |
| 35. Weaken a collar and remove a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine from a back part of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 36. Weaken collars and remove the inlet air channel from the air filter and the case of throttles. |
| 37. Remove a bracket of fastening and separate an accelerator cable from spherical hinged connection of a cam of a throttle. |
| 38. Unscrew bolts and remove an accelerator cable arm from the case of throttles. |
| 39. Press hoses of supply of cooling liquid to a back part of the case of throttles, weaken collars and remove both hoses. |
| 40. Remove electric sockets from a potentiometer of a throttle and the spherical engine of management of idling turns. |
| 41. Note an arrangement and disconnect hoses from the case of throttles, then unscrew nuts and remove the case of throttles from an inlet collector. |
| 42. Unscrew connecting nuts and remove fuel hoses from the fuel highway. |
| 43. Disconnect electric sockets from the block of ignition, the valve of cleaning, the valve of a collector, the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid, the valve of repeated combustion of exhaust gases and the sensor of oxygen. |
| 44. Release brackets of fastening and remove a casing with electric wires from a back part of a head of the block of cylinders. Disconnect electric sockets of the sensor of a bent shaft and the sensor of a detonation. |
| 45. Unscrew a connecting nut and remove a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes of a collector. Disconnect a vacuum hose and a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine from a collector. Disconnect a vacuum hose from pressure regulator |
| 46. Unscrew the top bolt of fastening of the generator on the right side of an inlet collector. |
| 47. Unscrew bolts and remove an arm of support of the basis of a collector. |
| 48. Unscrew nuts and remove a collector from the engine. |
| 49. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
