8.16. Main brake cylinder

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Press several times a brake pedal to fill with air the vacuum amplifier of brakes or to take off pressure in the hydraulic block of the servomotor.
2. Uncover a tank of the brake system and, using the syringe, pump out brake fluid.
3. Remove a relay box from the hydraulic regulator on the left forward side of a motor compartment.
4. On models with the mechanical transmission weaken a collar and pick up the feeding phone of coupling (shooter) from a tank.
5. Having pulled up, remove a tank from the main brake cylinder.
6. Mark the brake tubes suitable to the main brake cylinder.
7. Arrange pure rags under the main brake cylinder. Unscrew nuts of fastening of brake tubes and take aside from the main brake cylinder brake tubes. Close the ends of tubes the corresponding traffic jams.
8. Unscrew nuts of fastening and remove the main brake cylinder from the vacuum amplifier of brakes together with laying.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time establish new laying. Remove air from hydraulic system. Nuts of fastening of brake tubes have to be tightened by the required moment. In case of pulling the flange on the end of a tube can be damaged.
