Back rack

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and record on supports. Remove the corresponding back wheel. Establish a back beam on a support.
2. Remove a protective insert from under an arch of a back wheel.
3. Unscrew a back bolt of fastening of the top part of a back rack.
4. Unscrew a forward bolt of fastening of the top part of a back rack.
5. Take a rack from under a wheel arch.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Using special adaptation, squeeze a spring so that its top cup unloaded.
2. Record from a provorachivaniye a shock-absorber rod a key and, using the second key, unscrew a nut of fastening of a rod of the shock-absorber.
3. Remove a nut of fastening of a rod of the shock-absorber.
4. Remove the top plate from a shock-absorber rod.
5. Remove the damping ring.
6. Remove the fastener.
7. Remove the plug.
8. Remove a glass.
9. Remove the buffer and a cylindrical spring.
10. Remove a spring nest from the fastener of a back rack.
11. Check all elements of a depreciation rack for wear, damages or deformation. Check smoothness of the course of a rod of the shock-absorber. Check the shock-absorber for tightness, and also its rod on pointed corrosion on all length.
12. Install top гнедо springs in the fastener of a back rack.
13. Install the buffer, a glass and the plug on a shock-absorber rod.
14. Install the fastener of a back rack on a cylindrical spring, and the end of a spring has to settle down in dredging of the top oppression of a spring (shooter).
15. Establish the damping ring and the top plate.
16. Put the clamp of fastening of a rod of the shock-absorber, at the same time hold a rod from a provorachivaniye a wrench.
17. Slowly weaken the special tool for compression of a spring.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Tighten bolts of fastening of the fastener of the top part of a back rack after installation of the car on wheels.
